Survey and processing of personal data:

Of course your voluntarily submitted data is only saved and used for the purpose, for which you provided us with your data. You can withdraw the authorisation to collect, process and use your personal data at any time in the future by contacting us in writing. The personal data established by ICT will not be forwarded by ICT to third parties without your prior permission. As far as ICT forwards personal data to the extent permitted by law or with your consent, e.g. data processing for order purposes or to provide you with technical services, all data is bound to the BDSG and other legal requirements. ICT will forward your personal data to instances entitled to receive information (e.g. authorities) only when ICT is legally or by order of the court compelled to do so.

Remark on Electronic Communication:

Electronic communication does bear risks. E-Mails for example may be blocked, viewed or altered on their way through the net by individuals with the appropriate know-how. If you contact us via e-mail, we assume that you agree that we answer via e-mail. If you do not wish to be answered by e-mail, you must explicitly express your desired form of communication. If you whish to send us encrypted e-mails, we will send you our public PGP key upon request.
